Now, on to the full House of Delegates for 3 readings. Here's information on the full "How a Bill Becomes a Law in Virginia." Virginia Midwives for Safe Community Births is grateful to our wonderful bill patron, Delegate Dawn Adams, for her work to help us be able to practice to the full extent of our scope of practice. While today was a big step toward passing this bill, we still have work to do! We need everyone to contact their delegates and ask them to support our bill!
